All in Your Head (Peace) All in Your Head (Peace) explores identities, roles and role models. We take responsibility for our own health, especially in the shadow of a cancer diagnosis. Medical staff are partners in the process of healing, as are counselors and ministers, family and friends. They are our trusted, expert advisors and crew, not the captains of the ship. Even the patient is not the ultimate captain. We are all accountable to a higher power. I was once asked if the playing card motif indicated a belief that fate is “all in the cards.” If the image calls the question, the art has done its job.
